Our pricing includes your menu package, all paper goods, serving ware, buffet table and linen.

It does not include the required NYS sales tax, 15% service charge, staffing for your event (chef, servers, bartenders etc.)  or staff gratuity. We will gladly provide you a quote for your event.

Our per person pricing is based on our minimum guarantee of 25 guests.  

We offer our lobster bakes and catering to go. We will prepare the food for you and pack for transport. We provide you with all of the paper goods to set your event up at your home or the beach.

Yes, we offer a variety of menu options for any event big or small! We are a full-service catering company. Contact us today to create the perfect meal for your event. 

Yes, we offer catering services at our restaurant location "Amalfi" at 32 Lighthouse Rd. in Hampton Bays. 

Yes, we help obtain and fill out permits for  for any Town of Southampton beach if you are not a resident. Every other town has its own rules and regulations, and our event coordinators will help to make sure you will have the proper permits for your location.  

Events taking place at your residence can start whenever you'd like! All beach events must be scheduled to start at 7:30 pm as per permit regulations we cannot start beach access setup until 6:00pm. We are required to leave the beach by 11:00 pm.

Depending upon your selected package our events are 3-4 hours long.

If the weather looks bad and you are holding your event outside or on the beach you have two available options:

• 48 hour required notice to reschedule your event to another available date
• Move your event inside or coordinate with us to help you with tent rental
